Steenfit is for those who want an effective, functional, and sustainable training program. Nikki has over fifteen years of experience training clients of all ages with a wide range of needs, including weight management, strength-training, injury prevention/rehabilitation, pre/post-natal fitness, and recovery from eating disorders. One-on-one training sessions are largely conducted in her bright and breezy fitness studio - a private, well-equipped, well-maintained space convenient to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and surrounding. Sessions can also be arranged at your gym, home, outdoors, or other locations convenient to you. Additionally, group sessions can be customized to suit various schedules, fitness needs, and budgets.
